Monte La Vue partnered with eGuests in early 2026 after identifying an opportunity to improve guest communication and reconnect with past guests more effectively. The goal was to increase repeat business, encourage more direct bookings, and reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms.

The Solution
Following a series of strategy discussions, eCom implemented targeted guest retargeting campaigns to reconnect with previous guests and encourage them to book directly. By delivering the right message at the right time, the property increased repeat stays while driving more commission-free direct bookings.

The Results
The results have been impressive. Between March and June 2026, Monte La Vue generated 56 room nights through the eCom Hotels channel alone. These bookings were made directly with the property, meaning they were commission-free, helping increase revenue while reducing reliance on third-party booking platforms.

Comparing the same period year-on-year (March to June), Monte La Vue achieved a remarkable 119% increase in direct bookings.
